Had a fantastic stay! We hade 14 adults for a quiet birthday retreat and Therese's was a perfect space. The upstairs bedrooms were a little tight for three people but overall the place was quite spacious. Also the hottub didn't seem functional but we never asked the hosts about it so this feature may be available upon request. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Theresa’s “Granite House”. It is a truly beautiful, spacious, warm and inviting home. The garden is also quite nice with lots of features. My room was large and comfortable. My bed was a dream come true. Everything is spotless. All in all my experience was excellent. I think my blood pressure dropped 10 points during my stay. Theresa is one of those people who is perfectly matched for Inn keeping. She does a really nice job. The value is outstanding. I give this place my highest recommendation.

We had a great stay in this exceptionally unique space! There was a group of seven of us cycling from Magog and the house was just a short hill climb up from the bike trail.Therese was very accommodating as we dropped a vehicle off earlier than our check in and stored our bikes in the garage overnight. The house is in a perfect location to explore historic Stanstead and within view of the Vermont border. Check out the Haskell Free Library and Opera House for a really neat local attraction. The house was admittedly filled with eclectic knick knacks all over the place but it added to the uniqueness of the space and everything was very clean and well organized to still provide sufficient living space. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this one of a kind place and I'd recommend it to others passing through!

The house is very clean and confortable. A lot of rooms and space for the guests, I warmly recommend and will for sure go back next time I'm in the area of Stanstead.

Excellent place for a large group to stay! I booked this for my bridesmaids and their partners and they absolutely loved it. Very old, but beautiful home. It's a 15minute drive to lac Memphrémagog and in a very cute little town right by the U.S. border. Therese wa an excellent host

Thérèse was very nice and welcoming. Both her and her daughter greeted us warmly. The space is big and antiques can be found everywhere. May not be the best place for small children but my kids being 8 & 9 did not have a problem and absolutely loved the 3rd floor. The water fountain outdoors makes for a nice little area to hang out and the front porch as well. Thérèse did welcome us on a very last minute itinerary change and was very accommodating! Thank you for a great stay!!

Very clean. Don’t be surprise but the many gnomes, figurines and ornements.
