This retreat is sure to please both outdoor enthusiasts and those just wanting to escape city life!

    The lakefront cottage is charmingly furnished and equipped with everything you'll need for a fun and relaxing getaway. It is suitable for family reunion, friends gatherings, girlfriends’ weekend, Birthday/Anniversary celebrations and corporate retreats.This beautiful lakefront cottage sleeps up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms with luxurious queen and double beds. Throughout the cottage you will enjoy the amazing lake view.

    You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen, one full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

    You can also enjoy the living room with gas fireplace and the playroom in the basement with TV, wood fireplace, foosball table, retro gaming, dart board and board games. We also offer you free Internet access during your stay.

    Outside, you'll have access to your very own private dock and lake access, BBQ (seasonal), fire-pit , patio set to enjoy meals and relaxation outdoors

    Guests will have access to the entire property except for one room on the mezzanine floor and the basement atelier +storage room.

    Other things to know

    When driving to the cottage 20 minutes the cellular network can be absent or weak depending on your carrier.Once you arrive at the cottage, cellular network & WIFI will be available for your stay. Depending on the carrier you have the network might be slower for some.

    Our cottage is 100% autonomous by working with solar panels and natural gas, as well as a generator for those none sunny days. This can cause the generator to automatically run.

    Our cottage is supplied by lake water which is 100% drinkable and safe. Therefore the water might have a slight tint.

    Rental conditions:

Only electric fondue pots are allowed.13. Breakage and damage must be reported to the owners as soon as possible.14. Ensure to walk around the house in socks, or slippers we provide.15. Despite the fact that the owner has taken all reasonable measures to make the place safe and easy to access, the renter must understand that the chalet is situated in mountainous terrain and that Quebec is a Nordic country. As a result, he assumes full responsibility. Under no circumstances will the owners be held responsible for any problems related to terrain or weather conditions. In case of an uncontrollable situation (power failure, water shortage, sewers failure, phone interruption, spa failure), no refund will be processed.

    The Renters agrees to:1. Read the instructions and rules and communicate them to your companions and guests.2. Make sure that he and his vehicle are properly equipped to cope with the weather conditions.3. Do not exceed the prescribed maximum occupancy.4. Return the place and equipment in the same condition as when it arrived and leave the furniture in their respective location.5. Dispose of garbage in garbage cans and transfer to outside bins provided for this purpose.6. Do not throw anything into washbasins, toilets and tubs that could obstruct the pipes, otherwise the costs of repairing them will be at the expense of the tenant.7. Lock doors and windows when you are away.8. Use places, furniture and objects as is meant to be.9. Refund any damage you have caused.In the case of non-compliance with these rules by the tenant or his guests, the owners reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and evict the renters and his guests on the spot. In this case, the owners will keep any money that has been paid to him without the possibility of repayment.
