A really country style place in a tiny trailer. Cheap and nice host. No shower or Wi-Fi - OK for a short stopover.
It’s a very beautiful (Website hidden by Airbnb) is near by Jasper. It’s easy for visitors to drive to Jasper. It takes one hour to Jasper downtown.Dave is very friendly and his dog is so cute.He has lived there for 25 years. He knows everything around there. He has amazing life . I recommend to everybody who wants to visit Jasper.
This little camper is rustic and simple. No running water but Dave provides a 5 gallon container of the valley's best water for drinking and cooking. There's a 3 burner gas stove with cooking pots and dishes for two. The outhouse is clean and only steps away from the deck outside the door. The bed is comfy. I spent a number of days here and loved the simplicity. Dave, the owner, is a retired hippie, biker with skills acquired during his 30 years in the bush. Morover, he is an artisan welder and machinist; ergo, Flathead City.
This place was perfect for what I wanted. Dave is a wonderful host and I felt like we were instant friends. His dog and cat are sweeties too. I have no complaints. It was worth every penny and I hope to come back again.
If you are looking for a rustic, different, out-of-the-way place.... this is it. A bit like camping but with more sturdy cover than a tent. Loved the views.
Dave was lovely and the spot was exactly what we were after. The bed is small for two but manageable. We look forward to seeing how he develops the historic station he's rebuilding when we make our next trip back!
    Very good!
