IMPORTANT: This is a top-of-the-range chalet in a contemporary style, furnished with care, with large bay windows, and is very bright (Full-South orientation). It is perfect for family reunions, relaxation weekends with friends, and ski weekends. It is not suitable for groups of "party animals", graduation parties, drinking parties, etc. We ensure that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement is respected (strict supervision on site) and we ask tenants to respect the calm neighborhood after 10 p.m., under penalty of penalties

-The verification steps require the guest to fill out the contact information, a valid ID and an authorization for a hold for the security deposit of $1500.

Please note that the $1500 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after the departure if no damage was done to the property

Kindly be advised that starting from the 6th guest, there will be an additional charge of $50/guest per night

– : Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no “party animals”).

A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained

– We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 fee for hypoallergenic cleaning.

All our chalets are guaranteed allergy-free.

– Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal uproar;

– Arrival is after 4 p.m. departure is before 11 a.m.
