Located 4 min from the ski slopes and just 5 min from its very pretty quaint little town, this apartment offers you the perfect natural retreat with views of Mont Sutton. This rustic/cosy -style apartment offers you all the necessary accommodations so you can just sit in relax or head out enjoy the nature.
For those of you who love water, a near by private community beach and lake (Lac Kelly) is just a couple of minutes away by walk. There is so much to do in the region !!!!
About this property
This is the top level unit of a 3 apartment property we own and rent out. It offers great views of Mont Sutton. Each unit has : 1- a fully equipped kitchen and dinning seating for 6, 2 - Living room space with large sectional to enjoy a nice fire or a good movie. Internet and TV (no cable) but [Blocked by WeChalet] stick to allow streaming 3- 2 nice size bedrooms which have queen bed (room 1) and 2 singles (room 2) also including nice size wardrobes 4 - and last but not least, 1 bathroom with shower (no bath), washer/dryer.
Each unit also has a small private patio which has dining seating for 4, BBQ, lounging chairs and offer views of the area.
Home access
Entire apartment is available to the renters. Fire Pit on premises which is shared with all renters. Beach and Lake (swimming) on site which renters can enjoy. Parking on premises. Key lock box .
Host availability
Key lock box on premises. We will be available through both [Blocked by WeChalet] and [Blocked by WeChalet]. We live 1 hour away, so can quickly be on site if needed.
