2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large basement with 2 living rooms divided by French doors. One living room with slow combustion fireplace and 2nd room cinema room with projector. Large balcony with BBQ, fire pit.
The house is surrounded by a huge lot, no neighbors in sight, sauna near the river and trails in the woods. Large garage. 20 minutes from Morin-Heights/St-Sauveur. Delicatessen and convenience store with SAQ license at 5 minutes drive.

The best way to get around the region is definitely by car, allowing you to freely explore the lakes, mountains, villages, and tourist attractions of the Laurentians.
