Within walking distance, you'll find the ski slopes (less than 350 m), the water park, mountain bike trails, the C1 multi-purpose trail and the new hebertism module.
Also nearby: golf, equestrian center, spa, beach and countless other activities offered by the town of Bromont.
About this property
As soon as you enter the chalet, you will appreciate the size of the spaces, the height of the ceilings and the quality of the materials and equipment provided. A superb island sits in the middle of the central room. It is not only practical, it is also very unifying! Do you have a little chef inside? You will be delighted in this kitchen with the 2 ovens, the 48-inch wide gas stove, the grinder, all quartz work surfaces and the huge refrigerator.
The whole apartment is superbly furnished in addition to being very well equipped: mini cellar, 1 wood-burning fireplace and a second gas fireplace, indoor spa, air conditioning, washer-dryer, dishwasher and BBQ.
On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, the dining room and the living room (with wood fireplace). There is also a wet room and in the glass room to the side is a spa for 6 people. The patio door in the glass room, gives access to a terrace with BBQ and patio set to enjoy the summer.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen bed, 1 Queen bed) as well as a full bathroom. A few steps higher is a huge room, called the dormitory. You will find 2 bunk beds (double/double and double/single: so 7 people can sleep there). In this same room is a second full bathroom and a gas fireplace.
Are you one of those who teleworks ? You will be happy to know that wireless internet connection is included. High-speed and unlimited.
Services included in each apartment: Bedding, dishes, Videotron cable, unlimited high-speed wireless internet access and electricity. There is no telephone line. Animals are not allowed. Parties are prohibited and the entire building is non-smoking.
Home access
The chalet has four separate apartments. Each with its own entrance. This listing is for the top unit, on the right, which has a maximum accommodation capacity of eleven (11) people.
In summer, access to the garage is shared by all tenants to allow bicycle storage. In winter, access to the garage is exclusive to this unit, with a futon, TV and ping-pong table.

Other things to know
Wall-mounted air conditioning is located on the level of the 2 Queen bedrooms. As the dormitory is 4 steps higher, the cold air doesn't reach it as well. We'll leave you a standing fan so you can direct the cold air into the dormitory on hot summer nights.
Birds eye view
Our property is located in the mountains. The ski slopes and water park are within walking distance, as are the bike paths and mountain bike trails reachable by bike.
