Located on a private 800-acre estate, this chalet offers direct access to picturesque trails, millennia-old gorges and breathtaking cascading waterfalls. 

Enjoy on-site activities such as skating, tubing and introductory ice fishing, subject to availability. Just 4 km away, you'll find Spa Bolton, the ideal place to relax and enjoy thermal baths and revitalizing treatments. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are four ski resorts nearby, offering pistes for all levels of skier and snowboarder. 

Get away from it all and discover the natural beauty and varied activities on offer in this exclusive area, where every season brings its own new discoveries and pleasures.

About this property

The "Le Guerrier" chalet can accommodate up to 6 people, with a closed bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and two double beds upstairs. 

You'll find all the comforts you need, with running water, underground electricity, a shower, a 12-cubic-foot refrigerator, a 4-ring stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker with filters, a toaster, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace with wood supplied in winter. 

The chalet also has 4 liters of drinking water, soap, dish towels, wipes, salt and pepper, cooking oil and a ceiling fan. 

Secondary electric heating is also available. 

Outside, enjoy the BBQ and picnic table.

For your safety, the chalet is equipped with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and sweeper. Parking is located directly at the chalet.

Please bring your own bedding and organic blankets, towels, pillows and toilet paper.

Je vous conseille fortement cet endroit car c'est un site paradisiaque puisque l'endroit est très tranquille et le lac est magnifique. Nous étions logés dans le chalet le "guerrier" et il était tout simplement génial et très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Autres activités d'affaires, j'exploite des plantations d'épinettes du colorado ainsi que je gère et exploite ma forêt et ses 800 acres comme producteur forestier reconnu avec un plan de gestion . d'ailleurs, les chalets sont érigés avec le bois d'ici, scier avec notre propre moulin à scie et construit par nous. bienvenue au paradis!
