Magnificent single storey chalet located in the mountains near the village of Saint-Damien in a peaceful and intimate location. Total peace! The chalet has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room in the master bedroom. The chalet can easily accommodate 12 people.

This super country-style chalet has several large, spacious and bright rooms.

The ground floor includes a large kitchen, well equipped with large counters, a large island with a lunch section, as well as 2 large sinks. You have plenty of room for meal preparation. A 3-season gazebo is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open air, with abundant windows.

The living room is majestic with its cathedral roof, wood stove and home theater system.

The master bedroom is large with lots of windows and a patio door to the balcony. A bathroom and a large walk-in closet are adjacent. The second bedroom is a good size and has a cathedral roof.

The basement is completely finished with a large bathroom with shower and 2 large bedrooms. A family type room has a king bed and 2 single beds. The other bedroom has 2 queen beds.

The family room is large and has a pool table and darts game. A TV corner has been set up to watch sports broadcasts. A playhouse was built under the stairs to entertain the children. A garden level allows entry or exit through the basement.

The exterior is fantastic with its abundance of trees, you can relax in the sun or in the shade, it's up to you. The 3-season gazebo houses a complete patio set, a barbecue. The balcony is huge, it covers 2 sides of the chalet. The 4-season spa is really pleasant in the evening because you can relax there while looking at the stars. You can end the day by relaxing by the fire, an outdoor fireplace is at your disposal. The outdoors is truly magical for spending quality time with family or friends.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are many hiking trails nearby or in Lanaudière. Lake Lachance is a 10-minute walk away, Lake Corbeau is 15 minutes away. Many people also travel by bike almost everywhere.

The chalet is for rent monthly from the 15th to the 15th for periods of approximately 32 days. (ex: May 15 to June 15) It's easier this way to cover construction holidays, Labor Day, etc....

You can use the entire chalet except for a locked wardrobe in the basement. You do not have access to the garage.
