In a Few Words
Beautiful roundwood cottage with a cathedral roof, located right on Lake Desmarais in Estrie (20 minutes away from Magog and Sherbrooke) and offering all the advantages of a holiday home. The magnificent T-shaped dock is the ideal spot for peaceful relaxation. The lake, a protected private area (no gasoline-operated motors allowed), is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. Only 1 km away from the famous restaurant Brasserie Lac Brompton.

About this property
The cottage comes with a furnished kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a television and DVD player, a BBQ grill, and an indoor and outdoor fireplace.
In summer, you can bask in the sun on the large balcony and enjoy a wonderful view of the private lake. You can even take a swim and use the kayaks that are at your disposal. Or maybe you would prefer to go fishing for trout by obtaining a temporary permit from the Association ($20 for the duration of your stay).
Estrie has many bike paths as well, so don’t forget to bring your bicycle along.
In the winter time, depending on the conditions, you’ll enjoy ice skating on the lake or cross-country skiing on the trail that starts right at the edge of the lake. If you prefer alpine skiing, Mount Orford is the place to be and is only 20 minutes away.
