A short stroll away, discover the enchanting beach of Lac Wallace, perfect for a leisurely walk or bike ride. You'll also have all the attractions of Coaticook within easy reach. And for the adventurous souls, Vermont is only a 5-minute drive away, offering a fascinating exploration of the American side. Connect at your own pace with available Wi-Fi, savor grilled delights on the BBQ, and gather around the campfire. Plus, take advantage of the provided paddleboard. Dive into an experience where nature and comfort converge to create unforgettable memories.
About this property
The bright, fully-windowed ground floor will charm you, as will its heated flooring. You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals while enjoying views of the forest. The dining area is welcoming, and the solid wood table can accommodate up to 6 people. In the living room, a cozy sofa and a propane fireplace will allow you to relax in comfort. A half bathroom completes the first floor. On the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a large bed, a dresser, a wardrobe, and a spacious balcony where you can admire sunrises and the landscape. There's also a second bedroom on this floor with a double bed, a wardrobe, and built-in storage. A small lounge area completes this space, equipped with a television and a work desk. Finally, there's a full bathroom upstairs, complete with a shower and a washer for laundry needs. Outside, you can enjoy a covered balcony with rocking chairs, a dining area with a large picnic-style table and an umbrella, a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, and a barbecue.

You will have full access to the cottage as well as the large 40 000 square meter yard.
