Terrace with patio set and BBQ (1lb propane not included) available in summer only. Cable TV and free WIFI.

All our units [Blocked by WeChalet] have access to our Wellness center.

However, to use the Wellness center, (indoor pool, steam bath, gym and spa) a reservation is required (spa and gym accessible to 16 years and older only).

During the summer season, our guests have free access to our private beach. We also have rental boats available (kayaks, pedal boats, paddle boards and a rowboat - private boats and motors are not permitted).

Our [Blocked by WeChalet] lines are open from 9am to 9pm every day.

Our reception office is open every day from 10am to 6pm, Friday from 10am to 9pm.

Reservation of 2 nights minimum.

Our Policies, Conditions and Rules:

- Arrival time is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm

- Departure time is 11:00 am.

If the number of people indicated is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund. Please, no visitors. Most of our guests come to enjoy the peace and quiet. In order to respect the tranquility of the site, no visitors are allowed at your cottage or on the site.

1 or 2 small dogs (20 pounds or less) over the age of 1 year are allowed in all cottages. Cats and other animals are not accepted. You must notify us in advance if you plan to bring your small dog. The supplement is 15$ per day per animal. Pets are not allowed on the beach or by the pool. They must be kept inside the car at check-in so as not to damage the lawn and the reception area.

All cottages are non-smoking. You may smoke outside only. A $250 fee will be charged if you are found to have smoked inside.

All occupants must be 21 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent.

The Wellness center has a pool, steam room, gym and spa:

Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. by reservation only

Included in your cottage :

- Bedding

- Towels (except beach towels)

- 1 roll of paper towels

- Hair dryer

- Soap and Shampoo

- Dishes / Utensils / Pans

- Dish towels and dishcloths

- Dishwashing detergent

- Coffee maker and filters

- Toaster

- Salt and pepper (cooking oil is not included)

- BBQ except for the tank (available in summer only)

Not included in your cottage:

- Propane for the BBQ in summer (purchase available at the reception)

- No telephone in the cottages

- Beach towels. Don't forget to bring your bathing suits and robes to enjoy the indoor pool and spas.

By accepting the terms, the tenant agrees to:

1. Allow the landlord to make emergency repairs and improvements necessary to the rental;

2. Use the rented premises only for vacation purposes and not for a noisy party. Otherwise, we reserve the right to evict the occupants without refund;

3. Not to play music outside or make excessive noise inside during the rental period;

4. Allow the rental premises to be inspected by management during normal rental hours;

5. Not sublet or assign the rights of this lease without the consent of the landlord;

6. Return the cottage keys to the Lessor's office or deposit them in the box located near the front door. A charge of $25 per missing key will be made;

7. No private boat or motor is allowed in our lake (kayak, canoe, paddle board, rowboat, etc).

The chalet is 2 km from grocery stores (METRO, MAXI, IGA, WALMART), SAQ and restaurants and is also 2 km from the bike path "Le Petit Train du Nord".

Several downhill ski centers (Mont Tremblant 35 min drive, Mont Blanc 20 min drive, Mont Saint-Sauveur 20 min drive, etc), cross-country skiing & snowshoeing are all within driving distance. Theaters, restaurants and markets are 5 minutes away. A true paradise for outdoor enthusiasts!

You can call a taxi from our location for transportation needs. The best way to get around would be by car, but biking is also an option.
