When you rent this condo, you get free parking in the secure garage, located one block away.
We recently renovated our unit and, due to demand, were unable to take updated professional photos. The walls and cabinets were repainted and the living room furniture and decor were renewed. We hope you enjoy the new sofa beds, which allow the condo to accommodate up to 8 people at a time.
About this property
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo measures 900 square feet and has two balconies. One offers a partial ocean view, the other a view of the boardwalk. It sleeps 8 comfortably thanks to two beds in the bedroom, a double sofa bed and a full-bed booster seat.
The complex features a large pool, whirlpool, lazy river, playground and fitness center.
The Bayview complex features a large pool, whirlpool, quiet river and children's play area indoors, as well as a new pool, adults-only whirlpool and fire pit outside!
Like to sit in the sun? The Bayview has a beautifully landscaped area where you can pull up a deckchair, stretch out and soak up the sun. As it's right on the promenade, you're right in the heart of the action.
During your stay, you'll have all you need for cooking: plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, pots and pans. You'll also have 8 sets of towels and sheets for the beds. We provide a starter pack consisting of 2 rolls of toilet paper, a small bar of soap, a small shampoo, a garbage can liner for each garbage can and a roll of paper towels.
Need to do laundry on vacation? Not a problem in this condo as there's a full-size washer and dryer in the condo, no need to take the time to go to a common area to do your laundry.
Home access
You have access to all the complex's amenities.
An access card is located in the apartment. This card, the size of a credit card, gives access to the garage and the building. If the card is lost, a replacement fee of $25 will be charged.

*** Please note that check-out time is 10 a.m. My apartments are generally occupied on a rota basis, which means that when you leave the apartment, there is usually another guest moving in. Please ensure that you have left by 10am, otherwise I will ask you to pay a late check-out fee of $50 per half hour over 10am. This fee does not apply if you have requested a late check-out. If I can accommodate it, I usually do. I want all my guests to enjoy the apartment as soon as possible****
Other things to know
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE OR VAPE ON THE PROPERTY, CONDO OR BALCONY. This prohibition is stipulated in the Housing Act. If the resort, HOA or cleaning company catches you smoking or vaping on the property, you will be fined $250. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
***In the bathroom, there's a small bar of soap, two rolls of toilet paper, a small shampoo and liquid hand soap. In the kitchen, there is a roll of paper towels, a sponge and washing-up liquid. We provide sheets for each bed and 8 sets of towels. We do not provide daily cleaning or daily towel change.
Travelling around
While you can walk to many stores, restaurants and attractions, Myrtle Beach offers plenty of other options. You can get there with your own vehicle, by renting a car or using Uber/Lyft. You can also rent a golf cart!
