Located in the heart of urban life, this bungalow is close to all services and tourist attractions. Close to the Quebec bridges and Laurier Boulevard, access to Old Quebec is only 15 minutes away.
The rear entrance offers privacy to tenants, with access to the backyard, laundry room, bathroom and private living room. You can also cook your own meals and use the office space for telecommuting.

In the loft area, in the basement, you have a bistro corner with access to the cellar for 8 bottles, a small fridge in this area with access to the freezer.
Home access
You can cook your meals in the kitchen or use the BBQ outside.
Host availability
We have three residences, so our presence is not daily, but is necessary for the maintenance of the outside facilities. During your stay, you may be alone in the residence. We keep one room for our own use.

You're close to Chemin Saint-Louis and Boulevard Laurier, Route de l'Église and Promenade Champlain. The use of your car is not necessary.
